+ A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet produced. All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such require full up-front payment.
+ Orders are considered final once payment is received.

+ Pre-orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded except for major faults - store credit will apply.
+ Please note that there may be slight deviations in the design of your final product due to alterations made to improve fit and finish.
+ We are not responsible for minor variations in fabric due to re-sourcing.
+ Occasionally a style will be discontinued ahead of production if there is not enough demand to manufacture above atelier minimums. Orders on cancelled styles will be refunded in full.
